After over 40 years in the food industry, I wish to share my passion by helping others. My background includes hands on and management experience in QA/QC, Plant Operations, Product Development, and Technical Service. I have worked within the biomedical, potable water, fats & oils processing, salad dressings, RTE cereals and snacks, high protein crisps, texturized proteins, co-extruded products, multi-colored products, and agglomerated drink mixes. My experience is with all levels of Kosher certifications, Organic, Keto, Paleo, Adkins, High Fiber, Dairy based and a multitude of other product types and their extrusions. My history includes report writing, training, presentations, and working side by side with production operators. I have enjoy being a part of bringing success in the growth of individuals and rolling out a number of great new products.
